NewEarth Crystallisation Technology

NewEarth’s proprietary Crystallization Technology (CT) offers a one-stop solution to industrial waste treatment and re-utilisation via an environmental-friendly, cost-competitive process.

A 5-year joint R&D effort among various parties, which include the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore, Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd and Nanyang Technological University, the Crystallisation Technology has successfully garnered strong support from major international players in the petrochemical, maritime, chemical and manufacturing industries.

The Process

The patented CT process involves several techniques to complete the destruction of organic material contamination and safely stabilise the heavy metals in the industrial wastes. Through rigorous industry testing and the operation of a pilot plant since 2004, it is proven to be capable of yielding an environmentally-safe aggregate that can be used for civil and construction purposes.
