Incorporated on 10th July 2003, NewEarth group of companies counts Tuas Power Ltd, SGX-listed Beng Kuang Marine Ltd, the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd as its shareholders.
